When trying to accept an artist's offer, are you getting an error that says something like:

• Insufficient funds
• Your card does not support this transaction
• Unable to update job
• Transaction blocked
• Failed to update your job

That means the artist does not have funds! Please message them on SpaceLoud and tell them to add funds. Then you will be able to accept it, promote it, and get paid.
