We 100% guarantee that your music will be posted as outlined in your booking or campaign. If it's not posted, you’ll get a refund. It’s as simple as that.

If the influencer does complete your posts, and upload the stat screenshots as expected, your order will complete. In this case, we will not offer a refund.

If you run into an issue, please first try to resolve it with the influencer via the messaging option in SpaceLoud. If it can't be resolved, reach out to us via support chat or hello@spaceloud.com.
